Hardware & capacity · VAR / integrator · Operator with capacity

Kit in. Capacity out.

Two problems, one desk. Either you are sourcing hardware and want it landed without the OEM premium, or you are holding capacity that is earning nothing and needs a counterparty.

Sourcing

We source against the workload.

GPU servers, CPU compute, storage, switching, optics, cabling. If the BOM is over-specified for what it runs, we say so before you buy it.

Savings

We go after the lines with the margin.

Optics and transceivers are usually the single largest saving available: third-party parts, same performance, a fraction of the OEM number.

Logistics

We handle the expensive middle.

Warehousing, staging, burn-in, user-ready endpoints. Importer of record, customs, duties and VAT recovery, insured in transit.

Diligence

We read a competing quote honestly.

Bring it. We tell you where it is genuinely better and where the difference is something that has been left out.

If you are placing capacity

Earning instead of depreciating.

Inventory

We start with what you have.

What is available, where, when it goes idle, the minimum viable commitment, and the counterparty profile you actually want. Specific beats optimistic.

Matching

We work both sides of the table.

We are talking to buyers about compute and space every week. When your capacity fits, that is a real introduction rather than a broadcast.

Candour

We tell you when we cannot help.

If we do not have a counterparty for what you are holding, you hear that in the first call instead of in month four.

What we won’t do

The limits, up front.

  • We won’t take a position. We do not buy your capacity, mark it up, or resell it. We introduce and step back.
  • We won’t shop your pricing around the market. What you tell us about your floor stays with us.
  • We won’t put you in front of an end user we have not vetted. Compliance and end-user checks run before an introduction, not after.
  • We won’t pretend the counterparty exists. An honest not-yet is worth more to you than a warm lead that goes nowhere.

What a deal looks like

Landed, not just quoted.

Hardware pricing has two numbers: the quote and the landed cost. Between them sit freight, insurance, importer-of-record, duties and the local charges of whichever jurisdiction the kit crosses into. A sharp unit price with a naive landed plan loses to an honest one every time, so we price the landed number from the start: the box, the border and the dock all on one sheet.

The sourcing itself runs through the authorized channel with full KYC, which is precisely why the allocation is real. Servers, storage, networking and optics are quoted as a configuration rather than a parts list, because the third-party optics markup alone can move a cluster budget by more than the GPU discount everyone fought over.

At the other end of the lifecycle, the desk handles the exit: secure decommissioning, certified data destruction and buyback that turns retired kit from a disposal cost into a credit against the refresh.

Straight answers

The questions this desk gets first.

Why does the landed cost differ so much from the quote?

Because the quote stops at the factory door. Freight and insurance at server weights, importer-of-record obligations, duties and jurisdiction-specific charges stack on top, and recovery of what is recoverable takes paperwork done right the first time. We price all of it up front so the comparison between offers is real.

Can you source outside the flagship GPUs?

Yes. Current inventory spans workstation and consumer-class cards through to full HGX racks, plus the servers, storage and networking around them. The same verification applies at every tier: real stock, named condition, honest lead time.

New, refurbished or used, and does it matter?

It matters and it is priced accordingly. Refurbished nodes from the right source with burn-in reports and warranty are a legitimate saving; unverified used kit is a lottery. Every line we list carries its condition and we document provenance before you commit.

What about warranty and support?

Part of the configuration, not an afterthought. We confirm what the OEM or supplier warranty actually covers in your jurisdiction, and where a support gap exists we say so before you buy rather than after the first failure.

How we get paid

You pay the supplier direct.

Talk to the procurement desk

Here’s exactly what happens.

01Twenty minutes.

Send the BOM, or tell us what you are holding and when it goes idle.

02We come back by a date.

With who fits, and why the rest do not.

03You decide.

We introduce and step back. No cost at any point.

Access policy

We turn work away.

A desk that never declines anything is selling something. Ours is not. Stated up front, so nobody spends a week finding out.

Open to

The party running the workload

Whoever's workload occupies the capacity and whose balance sheet stands behind the term, or an advisor they name in writing.

Structure

One layer, never two

You contract directly with the OEM, ODM, distributor, cloud or facility. We are not in the chain and we do not add one.

Compliance

KYC before any introduction

Run first, not after the commercial terms. It is why suppliers quote our buyers real numbers instead of screening quotes.

Declined

Positions assembled to flip

Brokers and resellers without a nameable end user do not get a file. If a requirement is wrong for the desk, we say so in the first reply.
