H200 doubled the memory of the H100 platform, and memory is what decides whether a model fits at all. That makes it the natural pick for large-model inference and for training teams not ready to commit to Blackwell power densities. How much does an NVIDIA H200 cost?

New HGX nodes are currently listed from $395,000 per 8-GPU node ex-works EU, roughly $49,000 per GPU. Landed cost adds freight, duties and import handling, and we price that before you sign, not after.

Is H200 still worth buying now that B300 ships?

For memory-bound inference, frequently yes. The H200 premium over H100 buys memory, and its discount against B300 is substantial. The honest answer depends on your model size and utilisation, which is a twenty-minute conversation.

What is the H200 lead time?

Around 10 days ex-works for listed EU stock, before freight to your destination. Multi-node clusters depend on the holder and we verify each line before quoting it.
