What does 'L11 fully racked' actually mean?

Integrated at the factory to rack level: nodes, wiring and network hardware assembled and tested as a unit. Deployment becomes placement and commissioning rather than a build project, which is where the 25-day lead comes from.

Who is buying GB300 today?
