Can you deliver advanced GPUs into the UAE?

Where the end user verifies and the destination clears under current US export policy, yes. Screening is the first step of every UAE engagement rather than the last, and if a configuration cannot clear we say so before commercial terms are discussed.

How do free zones change the import?

UAE free zone structures can simplify import, re-export and staging, with duty treatment that differs from mainland delivery. Which route is right depends on where the hardware will actually run, so we structure the import leg around that rather than defaulting.

Is there real AI-ready capacity in the UAE?
