The engagement

What actually happens after you write in.

SSP is a buyer-side GPU procurement desk. We pressure-test price, lead time, terms and exit before you sign, and you contract directly with the supplier. Most buyers arrive here having been burned by a desk that was really a salesbook. This page is the whole process, dates included, so you can hold us to it.

Step by step

The first week, held to dates.

Day 0

You write in

Node count, workload and target region is enough. Acknowledged within one hour. Nothing you send is disclosed to anyone without your consent, and an NDA is available on request before you share anything sensitive.

Day 0 to 1

We qualify it, both ways

A short call or email exchange establishes what the workload actually needs and whether the desk can genuinely help. If it cannot, or the economics do not work on your side, we say so here and the file closes. No meeting for the sake of a meeting.

Day 1 to 3

KYC runs, then the market does

Compliance runs before any introduction, which is precisely why suppliers quote real numbers into your file instead of screening quotes. Your requirement then goes to the OEM, ODM, distributor, cloud or facility positions that actually fit it.

Day 3 to 7

You see the shortlist, with the reasoning

Not one option and a push, a shortlist with the logic behind every name on it, priced landed where hardware is involved: freight, duties and import handling included, so the numbers are comparable.

When you choose

You contract directly with the supplier

We introduce you to the counterparty and you sign with them, not with us. The relationship is yours outright. We stay on the file through delivery and commissioning, and after it as the market moves.

Straight answers

Asked first, answered straight.

What does this cost the buyer?

Nothing directly. Winning business carries a cost of sale that exists whether or not we are involved, and our compensation comes from the supply side under disclosed arrangements. Ask any supplier we introduce.

Do I have to commit to anything to start?

No. The first conversation commits you to nothing, and we do not ask for exclusivity. Buyers who run us alongside their own search learn the most about the market, and we are comfortable being compared.

What do you need from me to get a real number?

The workload, the scale, the timeline and the destination, plus willingness to complete KYC when a line gets serious. Buyers who can answer compliance questions quickly are cheaper to serve and get served first.

What if my requirement spans hardware, service and facilities?

That is normal and increasingly the default. The desks share one database and one file, so a cluster, its GPUaaS bridge capacity and the hall it lands in can be assembled as a single engagement.

Talk to the desk

Working through this on a real requirement?

Twenty minutes with the desk, no pitch and no quote at the end of it. Tell us roughly what you need and we will come back within one business day.

Sent. We are on it.

Your enquiry has landed with the desk. Acknowledged within one hour.
