GPU procurement · Buyer-side · Worldwide

GPU procurement, run from the buyer's side of the table.

Most GPU buying happens through channels that profit from what you pay. SSP is the other model: a procurement desk that represents you, verifies which allocation is real, and puts you on the supplier's direct terms. NVIDIA A100 through GB300, US and EU stock, worldwide delivery.

You tell us the platform, quantity and destination. We come back with verified lines, priced landed, from suppliers you contract with directly. No inventory held here, no position taken, and the compliance file runs before the price conversation so the numbers you get are real ones.

The problem with buying GPUs

The market is opaque on purpose.

Recent analysis: real lead times in 2026, what a cluster costs line by line.

No published pricing. Lead times that move after you commit. Four quotes that are secretly the same underlying stock wearing different names, each with a layer of margin stacked on it. That is not a broken market, it is a market that works exactly as intended for everyone except the buyer.

Procurement in that market is a verification problem before it is a price problem. The questions that matter: does this allocation exist in a delivery schedule or on a slide, what does the quote leave out, and what does the hardware cost landed rather than quoted. We answer those before a dollar moves.

The compliance file is the unlock. Tier-1 suppliers release allocation to channels with clean KYC and export discipline, and to almost nobody else. We keep the file clean because it is the entire reason the door opens.

What the desk covers

Verify, structure, land, support.

Requirements differ sharply by workload, so the detail sits on the solutions pages, and the arithmetic behind sizing one properly is on the sizing guides.

Verify

Real allocation only.

Every line is confirmed with the holder before it is proposed. Condition, quantity, location and lead time, stated plainly and marked as confirmed or indicative.

Structure

Terms that survive scrutiny.

Direct supplier terms, right-sized configurations, and the trade between term and rate pressure-tested against your roadmap instead of the vendor's quarter.

Land

Priced to the dock.

Freight, insurance, customs and importer-of-record as one landed number. The border is part of the deal, not a surprise after it.

Support

The whole lifecycle.

Colocation and power, networking and optics, orchestration, and buyback with secure decommissioning when the generation turns.

Proof, not promises

The inventory is public.

Most desks ask you to trust that stock exists. The supply we have verified is listed: model, quantity, condition, region, lead time and indicative pricing, updated as lines are verified. See the live inventory, or send a requirement it does not cover.

The gate

Where the desk sits in this purchase.

A cleared file gets real numbers. That is the whole mechanism, and it is why the compliance work comes before the price conversation.

Straight answers

Asked first, answered straight.

What does GPU procurement through SSP cost the buyer?

The engagement costs you nothing. You transact with the supplier on the supplier's direct terms, and our compensation comes from the supply side under disclosed referral agreements. That structure is also why we can tell you when a supplier or a SKU is wrong for you.

How is this different from buying through a reseller?

A reseller sells you their stock at their price. We sit on your side of the table: we verify which allocation is real across the channel, put the genuine options side by side, and you buy on direct terms. Representation instead of retail.

Which GPUs can you actually get?

Current verified lines run from A100 and H100 through H200, B300, GB200 and GB300, plus RTX-class cards and the servers around them, US and EU located. The live inventory page shows what is verified today; anything not listed becomes a sourcing requirement with a first pass inside one business day.

How do you handle export controls and KYC?

As the first step, not the last. The largest suppliers move nothing without a complete file, and running it early is why the allocation is available at all. If a destination or end user cannot clear, we say so and stop.

Can you deliver outside the US and EU?

Yes. Import, freight, insurance and importer-of-record are part of the same desk, priced as a landed cost before you commit rather than discovered at the border.
