Fleet rotation and cancelled orders have put real volume into the market as larger operators move to Blackwell, which is why a verified refurbished node lands well under half of what the same silicon cost eighteen months ago. For inference, fine tuning and mid-scale training it remains a completely serious platform.

Verified refurbished HGX nodes are currently listed from $240,000 per 8-GPU node ex-works US, which is $30,000 per GPU. Price moves with quantity, condition and destination, so treat it as the starting point rather than a fixed tag.
From stock, about 7 days ex-works for listed lines, plus freight and import time to your destination. Larger quantities assembled from fleet rotation can take longer, and we quote that honestly up front.
If the workload is inference or fine tuning, H100 at current pricing is often the stronger economic answer. If it is frontier-scale training, the calculus changes. We run both numbers with you before you commit either way.
